We had another successful trip out in the community today. Now that we have tested the waters, per say, we have high hopes. We will be planning new adventures, like giving each child a list of things to find and helping them find think about which department it might be in...and then hunting it down.
As the holidays approach we would like to take them shopping for a special gift for a family member. As supplies run out in the class, we will compile a list and bring it with us so that they can help restock the classroom. We were also thinking about planning a trip to the Post Office: Write a letter or draw a picture and send it off! We are looking forward to more exciting outings. The kids did a GREAT JOB!
