P.E., Transportation, Golf, and St. Patrick's Day!

Ronald had a major breakthrough about two weeks ago. He used to dislike the playground equipment and would refuse to even get on it. So, we asked out P.E. teacher to include the playground in her weekly obstacle course in an effort to get all of the kids to play on it appropriately: using the monkey bars, sliding down the slide, going up and down the stairs etc. Well, Ronald was not happy about this...and he let his feeling show. BUT, after 20 minutes...he was able to complete the obstacle course, without crying or yelling and has been enjoying it every since!! WE are proud of you Ronald!!!

This was a project from our Transportation Unit. We talked about red for stop, yellow for slow, and green for go. We even made cracker stop lights!
AJ is patiently waiting for his cracker:)

St. Patrick's Day Party! Mrs. Kim came in and went through the step of making Key Lime cookies and Shamrock Shakes on the smart board. The kids used their devices to participate and label items and then they all got to enjoy all the goodies.
